We offer a 30-day refund and exchange request on qualified items purchased from shop.foxnews.com. Qualified conditions applied: items never arrived, item arrived damaged, or items received with size/color different from the order.

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m PST, and on Saturday through Sunday:  7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PST.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your returns.

Receiving Credit on Your Return

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned product at the address provided by our Customer Support team. The number of days the credit will post will depend on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.
